Return Period
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation intact. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
Eligible Items for Return
- Unused products in original packaging
- Items with manufacturing defects
- Damaged items received during shipment
- Incorrect items shipped by NHN Wholesale
- Products that do not match the product description
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Opened or used items
- Items missing original packaging or documentation
- Products damaged due to mishandling by customer
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at support@nhnwholesale.com with your order number and reason for return
- Obtain a return authorization number (RMA) from our team
- Ship the item back to us in original packaging with the RMA number clearly labeled
- Our team will inspect the returned item upon receipt
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective items or our shipping errors
- We recommend using tracked shipping services
- Items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return authorization
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Defective and Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage
- Provide your order number and product details
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
